- The game and the mode you were playing
- What you did just before it happened
- Your device and browser, for example an Android phone with Chrome
- A screenshot, if you can take one
Please never send us a password or payment details. We’ll never ask for them.
Privacy requests
To ask about your data, or to have it deleted, write to the same address. You can also download or clear most of your data yourself in Settings, under Download or clear my data.
