Using the site

You can play without an account. You may use tavlo.gg for your own personal, non-commercial play. Please don’t copy, resell or reverse engineer the site, scrape it, overload it or try to get around the ways we protect it.

You must be 13 or older to use the site, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission where the law allows it. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, please use the site with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

No real money

tavlo.gg has no real-money games. You can’t bet, wager or win money. Coins, XP, skins and other rewards are part of the games. They have no cash value and can’t be sold, traded for money or cashed out.

Fair play

Play fair. Don’t cheat, use bots or scripts to play for you, exploit bugs, tamper with the games or their traffic, or team up with other players to rig results.

The server checks online games and the scores on leaderboards, leagues and daily boards. We may remove results, reset progress or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Names and chat

You choose a table name and an avatar, and other players can see them. Don’t pick a name that is offensive or hateful, pretends to be someone else or breaks the law. We may change or remove a name that breaks these rules.

Chat in online games uses set phrases only.

Our content

The site’s art, sounds, text and software belong to tavlo.gg or its licensors and are protected by law. You may share links to the site and screenshots of your own games.

Ads and other services

Some pages may show ads, and the site uses services from other companies such as Google. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do. Links to other sites are there for convenience, and we aren’t responsible for their content.

Availability and changes

We work to keep tavlo.gg running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove games and features, and we may pause the site for maintenance.

Progress saved only on your device can be lost if your browser’s data is cleared.

Disclaimer

tavlo.gg is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises of any kind about the site, including that it will meet your needs or be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, tavlo.gg isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost progress or data, arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer that can’t be waived.

Ending your use

You can stop using tavlo.gg at any time and clear your data in Settings. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the courts in the United States, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.
